Shipping and Refunds
We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days
Items are posted with Royal Mail and are currently fully tracked- if you do not received the tracking number please message us and we will provide this to you.
All international orders are sent fully tracked. Any customs tax is the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving your item please let us know if the order has not arrived in perfect condition straight away and we will resolve any issue (so far we have had no complaints)
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on any personalised or customised item unless there is an error on our part. If you wish to return your item to us please let us know within 14 days. The cost of returning the item is down to the customer and the cost of the item and original postage will be refunded when the item is returned to us in the same un-used condition.
